John Bartose had two caused turnovers on defense while sophomore goaltender Paul Schwarz (Staten Island, N.Y.) led Anna Maria with three ground balls and 28 saves in the loss. Benning earned the second chance goal as he picked up the ball after a shot by Kurt Richardson (Narragansett, R.I.) was saved by Emmanuel goaltender, Erik Jennings. Anna Maria capitalized on one last scoring opportunity in the period with a freshman duo goal as Pavoni received a pass from Richardson and buried it in the back of the Saint's net (5-2). Emmanuel and Anna Maria traded another set of goals with ten minutes to play in the second quarter but the Saints were able to add two more before the half to take the 9-4 lead into the break.

Man shot to death in Cleveland’s Union-Miles neighborhood, police say

CLEVELAND, Ohio A 29-year-old man was shot to death early Wednesday, police said. The shooting happened about 9 a.m. Wednesday at a home in the 4200 block of East 128th Street in the citys Union-Miles neighborhood. Samuel Wright of Cleveland died in the shooting, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner. Cleveland police have not yet provided details of the shooting.

Lake Erie Storms Back Into National Rankings

(PAINESVILLE, Ohio) The fourth edition of the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) has come out with its NCAA Division II Top 25 rankings and Lake Erie has returned to the list. He's undefeated this season and placed in the top six at the Midwest Classic this year before an injury sidelined him until this past weekend where he helped Lake Erie to the G-MAC title. 9 matchup, Boggs was able to force overtime against Kelly in Monday's dual and scored a 5-3 sudden victory decision with an early take down. The Storm grapplers will hit the mats once again this Friday against another tough opponent in former conference rival Ashland.

No. 11 Nick Boggs Scores 5-3 SV Decision Over No. 9 Zach Kelly of Notre Dame

(PAINESVILLE, Ohio) The Battle of Cleveland wrestling dual took place tonight as Lake Erie hosted nationally ranked No. Kelly held the advantage in the late stages of the third period, but Boggs was able to knot things up at 3-3 to force sudden victory in the final seconds. In overtime, it didn't take Boggs too long to square away the decision as he scored a takedown for two points and the 5-3 win. At 133, Glogouski took Notre Dame's Hunter Bray to the limit before taking the loss on an 8-6 decision.

PK Subban is claiming Pierre-Edouard Bellemare bit his finger in a scrum. Subban appeared to have blood on his jersey and showed his hand to the referee with a cut on it.
