Athletics Hosts Student-Athlete Graduation

--- While UNM hosts plenty of events over the course of an academic year, none are more important than the one in Dreamstyle Arena that closes out each semester. On Friday, the first of those events took place as UNM Athletics hosted its Student-Athlete Graduation ceremonies on the floor of Dreamstyle Arena. It was a perfect capper to #LobosGiveWeek, which fans can still contribute to at www.caringcent.com/LobosGive In all, 37 Lobos walked and received their diplomas, with the football team hosting the biggest contingent with 15. Of course, there were tremendous competitors everywhere, from NCAA National Champion Ednah Kurgat to three Lobos earning Master's degrees (Matt Dorsey of men's soccer, Jared Holley of baseball and Coltin Gerhart of football).Larimar Rodriguez, a native of Rio Rancho was chosen to give the student-athlete keynote speech, and several former student-athletes were on hand to speak as well, including Trajuan Briggs (football) who now works at UNM as an academic advisor, and Madison Warren, who coaches the spirit squad and oversees the UNM Alumni Lettermen's Association.Below are all of the 2018 Fall Graduates.
